DELIVERY
All orders are processed and sent from 1 to 3 days and delivered with Econt to your address or to an Econt office. Deliveries take 1 to 3 days depending on your location.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. The sending period begins with the submission of an order to the courier agency. Daniel Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.
Orders from Europe are delivered via Speedy - DPD Economy and take up to 5 working days depending on your location.
The value of each delivery is calculated according to the weight of the shipment. For orders worth BGN 100, delivery will be at our expense.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
We want every customer to be satisfied with their shopping at DANIEL FASHION. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. Each item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Please send us an e-mail request to return or exchange a purchased item(s) to sales@daniel-fashion.com and we will assist you with the next steps. The respective courier company will prepare the item(s) for return or exchange according to the information provided to them.

The address for returning items outside Bulgaria, Greece and Romania is to an office of Speedy at: 13 Nikola Petkov Str., Harmanli 6450.
Once we receive and review the item(s), we will process all subsequent replacement or return steps. Exchanges are free and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
