II. Terms and methods of payment:
1. By cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods at the courier company's office.

2. By bank credit or debit card through a myPOS terminal, pressing the "pay" button after placing your order.

III. Delivery of goods:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days and are delivered by the appropriate courier to your address or to the courier's office. Deliveries take 1 to 3 days depending on your location. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. The shipping period begins with the submission of an order to the courier agency. “Daniel Fashion” Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier processing of orders. Orders from Europe are delivered via Speedy - DPD Economy and take up to 5 business days depending on your location. The value of each delivery is calculated based on the weight of the shipment.

IV.Return or exchange of goods:

We want every customer to be satisfied with their shopping at DANIEL FASHION. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. Each item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Please send us a request by email for the return or exchange of the purchased goods at sales@daniel-fashion.com or by phone +359 887934377 and we will assist you with the next steps. The receiving employee at the respective courier company will prepare the waybill for the return or exchange based on the data provided.

The address for returning items is to Speedy's office - 13 Nikola Petkov Str., Harmanli 6450.

Once we receive and examine the item, which must be in good condition, not stained or damaged, we will process all further steps for replacement or return. The time frame within which the amount will be refunded to your account is up to 7 business days. The costs of returning the item are at the expense of the buyer.

All products offered at daniel-fashion.com are new. "Daniel Fashion" Ltd. guarantees the quality of the items offered in the online store with proper treatment and strict compliance with the instructions on the labels of each item.
